Slow Cooker Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs.

Ingredients – Slow Cooker Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

  1. ground beef 1 lbs.
  2. hot Italian ground sausage 1 lbs.
  3. Mozzarella Block 8 oz.
  4. parmesan shredded cheese 1/2 cup.
  5. milk 1/2 cup.
  6. eggs 2.
  7. bread crumb 1 cup.
  8. fresh parsley 1/2 cup.
  9. salt 2 tsp.
  10. tsb black pepper 1.
  11. garlic powder 1 Tbs.
  12. granulated sugar 1 cup.
  13. spaghetti sauce (your favorite) 2 (24 oz).
  14. angel hair pasta (optional) 1 lbs.

Instructions – Slow Cooker Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

  1. Cut mozzarella in to small cubes.
  2. Mix together in large bowl and rub into meatballs the ground beef,hot Italian ground sausage, parmesan shredded cheese, milk, eggs, bread crumb, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper,garlic powder..
  3. Insert mozzarella cheese to center of meatball. Roll meatball back to shape making sure to cover mozzarella evenly..
  4. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce to bottom of slower cooker..
  5. Add ready meatballs to slow cooker..
  6. Mix remaining spaghetti sauce and sugar together then add to slow cooker covering meatballs fully..
  7. Cook on high for 2- 2 1/2 hours.
  8. Enjoy as side dish or add over bed of angel hair pasta..
